Team/Role Overview
In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
- Partner closely with technology, controls and security teams
- Lead conference calls with stakeholders and produce meeting agenda, meetings and documentation
- Analyse the information collected in a detailed manner whilst working independently and as part of the overall team.
- Manage the JIRA book of work while working closely with the team as well as independently
- Manage and maintain weekly progress reports for team’s work and reporting utilizing JIRA dashboards.
- Maintain documentation and access in SharePoint and Confluence
What we’ll need from you
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and strong analytical skills
- Project Management experience to track and manage deliverables
- Passionate about bringing structure and driving change especially at the point of execution
- Strong can-do attitude
- Hands-on with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Collaborative by nature and able to work with all levels of seniority
- Able to manage own workload and manage priorities
