Individuals in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) are entrusted with managing the diverse and collective impact of the bank's risks. This involves identifying and managing enterprise-level and cross-cutting risks, designing scenarios for stress tests, managing climate risk, and safeguarding against reputational risk.
Enterprise Risk Analytics (ERA) is a part of Enterprise Risk Management organization and is responsible for enterprise-level risk metrics including stress testing.
What you'll do
Implement the ERM strategic initiatives with the Enterprise Risk Analytics team.
Support the management of the execution of stress testing process.
Support the design and implementation of controls and collate and review evidence for control adherence in preparation for assessments.
Collaborate with and support the ERA team with regulatory exams, internal and external audits, and issue management.
Support the ERA team in implementing Stress Testing regulation.
Support the ERA team’s governance process, including developing material for governance fora.
Support the execution of the Citi wide data plan and data governance policy.
Input to the Voice of the Employee initiatives.
Provide guidance to juniors as and when necessary.

What we'll need from you
Extensive years of demonstrated and relevant experience
Experience in a compliance, audit, or similar control or governance role within a banking or financial institution, providing a strong platform for effective oversight, review, and challenge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with the global regulatory landscape, with the ability to oversee, review, and challenge practical application of this knowledge.
Exposure to managing regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company, enabling effective oversight and challenge of compliance processes.
Project management experience, with a record of successfully overseeing, reviewing, and challenging collaborative efforts to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Commercial awareness and knowledge in the field of risk management, providing a solid foundation for oversight, review, and challenge.
Strong networking skills for effective negotiation and relationship building, both internally and externally.
High adaptability to respond to changes in the business environment and industry trends, to effectively challenge new risk scenarios.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
