Senior Associate, B2B Content

The Role
As a Senior B2B Content Associate, you will be responsible for developing content and communication campaigns that help our restaurant partners manage and grow their Deliveroo business.
You will create engaging, accessible and commercially-focused content that helps partners maximise their performance on the platform, adopt best practices, and unlock growth opportunities. Working across multiple channels — including email, Help Centre, website, WhatsApp and tablet notifications — you will design communication campaigns that drive partner engagement, retention and long-term value.
You will also create content and enablement materials for our commercial teams, helping Account Managers have more impactful conversations with restaurant partners and ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to support partner success.
Reporting to the B2B Content Manager, you will be part of a wider team of content and marketing specialists. You will work closely with teams from across Commercial, Product, Marketing Operations, Go-to-Market, Data Science and other stakeholders to identify partner needs, develop content strategies, and measure the impact of your communications.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Content & Communication: Creates engaging and accessible content with excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. Understands how to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels while maintaining a consistent voice.
A Customer and Commercial-Led Mindset: Understands partner needs, motivations and challenges. Able to identify compelling, commercially-relevant opportunities that drive engagement and action while keeping content simple and easy to understand.
Campaign Development: Able to develop communication strategies and campaigns that support business objectives, influence behaviour and deliver measurable outcomes.
Project Management: Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders across functions and markets while maintaining high standards and delivering at pace.
Communication & Influence: Listens actively, simplifies complex ideas and communicates clearly with a broad range of stakeholders. Builds strong relationships and confidently presents recommendations and updates.
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Uses data, insight and business context to identify opportunities, anticipate risks and recommend solution. Understands how content contributes to broader commercial objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluates content performance, identifies opportunities for optimisation, and shares learnings that improve team processes, content quality and campaign effectiveness.
Team Development & Collaboration: A collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues, shares expertise and contributes to a strong content community across Deliveroo.
Preferred Experience
Experience creating B2B content, communications or marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting, editing and content design skills.
Experience developing content that supports customer retention, engagement or growth.
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, including commercial teams and subject matter experts.
Comfortable using data and insights to inform content decisions and measure impact.
