Customer Service & Logistics Lead

The CS&L Lead takes lead the End to End Supply Chain for the market under responsibility, ensure the development of an efficient, cost effective and responsive supply chain with continuous improvement mindset to best serve our patients and act as key interface between the Demand / Supply, Warehouse / Distribution operational teams and Commercial functions to align strategies and delivery plans.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Risk management to ensure business continuity and supply chain integrity & compliance
- Management of external customer relationships with distributor, first trade customers
- Management of the supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP(s) and Repacker(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the CS&L activities* for the responsible market.
- Lead and manage the CS&L team in the market by ensuring that they are delivering their objectives, managing their development, identifying talent for future progression.
- Form strong relationships and work collaboratively with the Market GMs and Leadership Teams (Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory etc) to align supply chain to the business needs and commercial ambitions.
- Represent the supply chain in Leadership forums providing senior stakeholders with clear guidance and challenge on current performance levels, identifying opportunities and risks.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management & Logistics related, Business Administration related
- Minimum 10 years of diversified Supply Chain experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customs (Import / Export), Warehousing & Distribution, Customer Service operation).
- Strong financial capability and in-depth knowledge of cost drivers within the Customer Service & Logistics environment.
- Extensive experience of managing 3rd party logistics providers, contract negotiations and continuous improvement
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with external parties and key internal stakeholders
- Experience in project management
- Experience in operating within a GxP environment and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Strong SAP knowledge
