Job Purpose

Provide robust analytical insight and business input to drive performance of current and future Specialty Care portfolio in Europe by identifying performance drivers, enabling course correction, and linking strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and integrate multiple data sources to understand performance drivers
    Leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI) to generate insights

  • Translate insights into clear calls to action utilize business and marketing experience to identify barriers or enablers to performance

  • Contribute to deliver the best product launches thanks to insights
    Partner with Region Europe Head on fact-based recommendations

  • Lead monthly EU Operational Excellence and MPR preparation

  • Challenge existing thinking and contribute to disruptive commercial tactics

  • Develop and lead the regional Specialty insight plan

  • Support effective operations of the Regional Specialty Care team and partner with the Regional Specialty Lead and boarder team on launch preparations by leading on insight generation and fact-based recommendations to deliver deep market, competitive, and patient pathway insights

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required

A. Educational Background
Minimum Level of Education

Bachelor’s degree (area of specialisation: Life Science, Business and Marketing)

Preferred Level of Education

MBA (area of specialisation: Sales and Marketing leadership with interest in data analysis)

B. Job-Related Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consultancy or financial institution; sales and marketing leadership experience, LOC and GPS experience, strong leadership skills.

Proven application of high-quality commercial analytics and ability to provide insightful commercial and market insights.

Experience in working with individuals in and above country, working with them to obtain appropriate country-level information and insights.
