Regional Regulatory Data Compliance Manager

The Regional Regulatory Data Compliance Manager plays a critical role in strengthening regulatory data quality and compliance across multiple regions (Europe + International Markets). You will partner with multiple teams, to design and deliver compliant data practices. This role combines regulatory subject matter expertise with strong digital and analytical capability to design, enhance and operationalise digital‑first solutions that improve regulatory data governance, inspection readiness and compliance outcomes.

By enabling efficient, standardised and insight‑driven ways of working, this role helps minimise regulatory risk while delivering a seamless and reliable experience for regional and global stakeholders.

In this role you will

  • Design and support the development of digital‑first tools that automate and streamline regulatory data compliance processes across regions.
  • Apply regulatory subject matter expertise to ensure digital solutions meet global and local compliance requirements.
  • Implement data analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor compliance, identify trends enabling proactive mitigation of regulatory risk.
  • Enhance inspection readiness through robust data governance, transparent metrics and automated reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness in regulatory data management.
  • Act as a regulatory data compliance subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and emerging digital solutions.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor in life sciences, pharmacy or a related field + significant experience in regulatory compliance, data governance, or regulatory affairs within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience supporting regulatory related activities, inspections, or audits with data-related topics.
  • Strong expertise in regulatory data management and compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Experience designing or operationalising digital, automated or analytics‑enabled compliance solutions (e.g. dashboards or reporting tools) and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence working in matrix and cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Experience with Regulatory systems and databases such as RegVault and modern data tools or analytics platforms such as Power BI.
  • Background supporting regulatory inspection readiness activities through data governance or compliance reporting.
  • Project or change management experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 293,250 to PLN 488,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
