Position Summary You will lead field sales activities for vaccines across Taichung. You will build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics and public health partners. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with hospital clinicians, clinic managers and public health teams in Taichung. - Present clear, evidence-based information and provide educational support for immunisation programmes. - Create and execute territory business plans to meet objectives and improve patient access. - Use local data and customer insight to prioritise customers and identify opportunities. - Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to deliver local initiatives and events. - Keep accurate CRM records, manage territory activities and follow compliance and budget guidelines. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2–3 years’ sales or field experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare settings. - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Functional English is an advantage. - Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to support decisions. - Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience working with hospitals, clinics or public health programmes. - Background or interest in preventive health, infectious disease or pediatric care. - Experience presenting clinical or scientific information to clinicians. - Existing professional network in Taichung or central Taiwan. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales or access targets. - Strong planning and organisational skills for territory plans and budget management.
