As a Senior Executive Assistant in the Global Transportation Group, you will provide essential administrative support to our team. You will manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse responsibilities, from business assistance to core administrative duties, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize diaries proactively
- Provide client phone coverage
- Handle contact management and digitize business cards
- Book and manage global travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistics for business trips
- Set up meetings and conference calls, both internally and externally
- Support staff activities, including joiners, leavers, and team events
- Oversee office management and physical file organization
- Process expenses and provide budget/finance support
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven reliability in diary management and travel planning
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
