Job Description
Nutmeg is a leading digital wealth management firm specializing in providing managed solutions to retail clients. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their financial goals through innovative investment strategies and personalised service.
As a Analyst or Associate Wealth Consultant, You'll work closely with a Senior Wealth Manager to pitch and win new business, onboard clients, increase share of wallet, and improve retention rates. This role is integral to our growth strategy and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our digital wealth management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Wealth Manager to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
- Analyse client portfolios and provide recommendations to increase share of wallet and optimise investment strategies.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in UK investments to provide informed advice and insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- QCF Level 4 qualified in financial planning or equivalent - or ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining the team
- Proven experience in dealing with retail clients
- Knowledge of UK investments, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in wealth management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the goals of Senior Wealth Managers.
