As a Product Manager in Talent & Employee Experience, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and drive a strategic product vision that delivers value to customers, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to turn vision into reality.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Present complex ideas and plans to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, tailoring updates to the audience.
- Seek and drive automation opportunities to deliver high-quality initiatives faster and more efficiently to our customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.

Manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a support and lead on product operating model transformation initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Significant experience in product management or a relevant domain area, with a strong action-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics, with proficiency in understanding complex processes and product intersections.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Comfortable with senior leadership presentations and organizing complex ideas into simplistic, digestible information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Conversant in working with engineering teams and able to communicate effectively in technical language.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
