Job Description
Join JPMorgan Chase's Operational Learning team to transform how we develop and deliver learning. As a Digital Learning Developer, you will create unique learning experiences that drive engagement and improve employee knowledge, skills, and job performance.
As a Digital Learning Developer in the Operational Learning team, you will be instrumental in creating engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling. You will work in a dynamic environment, balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions.
- Use agile development tools and processes to create engaging and interactive learning content, such as e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning-games.
- Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Work on multiple large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team.
- Produce high-quality solutions and maintain project schedules consistently.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong experience in building digital learning.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in e-learning, including advancements in AI usage in learning.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions.
- Experience in designing engaging learning interventions, not your “traditional” page-turners.
- Maintain and develop knowledge in educational technology, adult learning, and educational best practices.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle).
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, SCORM, Figma, Microsoft Office Tools, Vyond, Centrical, LLMs, and Synthesia.
