As a Vice President (VP) in our Financial Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and supporting key decision-making processes. As a VP in the Financial Management team, you will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering management reports and presentations. You will work closely with us to develop new reporting tools, focusing on key financial measures like headcount and expenses. Together, we will provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Join us in partnering across the firm to deliver financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Process for Operating Expenses
• Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for senior management
• Develop and present qualitative and quantitative financial analysis
• Create and review financial models and analyses
• Conduct analyses on key issues impacting clients and propose solutions
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Strong judgment, professional maturity, and integrity
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros
• Ability to synthesize data into cohesive presentations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, and critical thinker
