Job Description

J.P. Morgan Payments teams serve global clients across industries and regions, and are constantly evolving to meet the changing landscape of commerce.

As a Product Delivery Associate within the Product Development Team, you will support the Payment rails interaction with payment utilities and emerging products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Client Service, Operations, and Technology, to ensure that product initiatives are identified, cross impacts managed and coordinate that change is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. We are looking for someone with experience in Payments and change management, who is adaptable and embraces problem-solving. You will manage a portfolio of change impacting legacy and modern payments architecture in EMEA.

Job responsibilities:

  • Successfully identify multiple simultaneous complex projects in the wider payments organisation impacting payments and facilitate planning and scheduling to optimise delivery.
  • Become an SME in the delivery of solution; ensuring the product capabilities are correctly defined and implemented within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets.
  • Work with cross functional teams and external partners documenting business requirements and support build and launch of payment capabilities across Europe.
  • Drive change, consensus and alignment on the product delivery vision and roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Effectively problem solve issues/challenges when those arise.
  • Facilitate working groups with excellent preparation and delivery. Identify and evaluate implications of business change for clients, products, processes and functions.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of change with the appropriate artefacts for implementation in BAU.
  • Ensure risk and control requirements are met. Manage, track and report progress on a regular basis.
  • Support and govern adherence to JP Morgan delivery framework and its associated processes, including planning and reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proven and demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of Payment products end to end
  • Previous success in developing and implementing change
  • Highly structured and methodical in execution with excellent attention to detail
  • Team player, capable of building relationships with key business partners internally and externally
  • Proven experience collaborating with internal business partners to deliver go to market solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of managing risk, being able to understand and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal contexts with ability to adapt to the audience – Critical for senior updates
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while delivering on time
  • Ability to provide written and verbal updates appropriate for senior management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Relevant experience in Payments Operations, Product or Technology desirable.
