As a Senior Associate in the Branch Expansion team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the operational readiness and transformation initiatives critical to the Payments organization’s growth strategy. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring compliance with local conditions. Your role is crucial in coordinating resources and contributing to the successful execution of branch expansion program.

Job responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives for branch expansion and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Program & Product stakeholders to support deliverables and milestones.
• Communicate readiness pre-requisites and milestones with Operations, Client Service & Implementations teams.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, KYC, COD, and Local Operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Product Owners and Technology on prioritization of deliverables from a business and technology perspective
• Create and managing holistic project plans to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones, escalating and removing blockers
• Track milestone progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model and framework for new market expansion.
• Articulate and document the current/future E2E state across functions.
