Job Description

As an Agent Studio Product Associate within the JPMC Assistant team, you will be the go-to subject matter expert for the third-party developer platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents that automate business processes across JPMorgan Chase. This platform is a low-code environment for developers and business users to create intelligent, conversational workflows. You will play a strategic role supporting the product owner of the end-to-end vendor relationship powering the JPMC Assistant. This position is an enablement role at its core. You will engage with partner teams across the firm on the art-of-the-possible, educating and collaborating to build innovative agentic use cases and entire AI agents. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business transformation. You will work closely with engineering, product, business, and vendor partners to ensure the JPMC Assistant delivers best-in-class automation and intelligence.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for agentic capabilities within the JPMC Assistant, with deep knowledge of enabling platforms and tools.
- Act as an enablement partner to product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, helping them leverage agentic technology to solve business challenges.
- Support the product owner in managing the relationship with the strategic vendor and other key technology partners.
- Facilitate the adoption and integration of agentic capabilities across teams, providing guidance, best practices, and technical expertise.
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI, automation, and agentic platforms, translating new concepts into actionable recommendations for the JPMC Assistant.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
- Help document use cases, requirements, and technical specifications for agentic solutions.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative culture focused on delivering impactful automation across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in technical product management, product operations, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, including technical, business, and vendor teams.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and agentic concepts; experience with enabling platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and driving innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
