We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team member who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with diverse partners across the firm, support daily operations, and help maintain critical infrastructure for our AI-powered employee assistant.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of automated systems for labeling, triaging, and fine-tuning interaction data to optimize the JPMC Assistant.
- Assist in preparing daily incident reports and real-time scorecards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
- Help deliver actionable usage analytics and self-service triage tools for product and support teams.
- Monitor conversations for compliance, escalating potential deviations from firm risk and control standards.
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with the product director and team to help communicate and execute the vision for the OE.
- Take a hands-on approach—actively participating in team tasks and supporting operational initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Experience supporting operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and contribute to team goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical proficiency in data analytics, automation, or system monitoring tools is preferred.
- Exposure to building or operating automated systems or platforms is a plus.
