As an EMEA Eligibility – Trading Services Analyst within the EMEA Triparty Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a rapidly expanding area that delivers a range of collateral-based products to a diverse client base, including Broker Dealer groups, Hedge Funds, and Global Fund Managers. You will be responsible for managing Securities Lending Escrow (SLE) and Tri Party Repo (TPR) products, through managing Client’s eligibility requirements with direct client interaction a key aspect of your role, as you provide exceptional service.
Job responsibilities
• Creates Collateral Receiver Eligibility schedules utilising Collateral Eligibility Service (CES)
• Maintains Client’s Eligibility requirements
• Supports Client’s Eligibility queries and build requests
• Manages and provides maintenance of Account links
• Provides input of Operations Control checks via Operations Task Manager, ensuring all key control checks are completed accurately and within a timely manner
• Maintains strong relationships with Client Service teams and ensures any client issues are escalated in a timely manner
• Participates in Operations Manual processing reviews and identify opportunities to reduce the number of manual tasks completed by the Global Eligibility teams
• Participates in Client Due Diligence meetings and service calls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Proven Client Service skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and overtime is key, including UK bank holidays and occasional weekend work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Stock Lending or Repo experience
• Financial Services experience
• Experience within Collateral
The Tri-Party Eligibility Team provides a service to our clients across European working hours, covering 9:00am-6:00pm and is also required to work UK Bank Holidays as governed by client requirements. Cover may be provided via rotational shifts so a flexible approach to working hours is therefore needed.
