Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Third Party Custody (TPC) Support team within Operations Service & Solutions (OSS), for experienced and high-performing candidates looking to further develop their career within the Private Banking Operations space.
As a Trade Support Analyst within the Third Party Custody (TPC) Support team you will support the implementation of new business and provide ongoing support and oversight to the business and operations for trading, settlements, asset servicing, reconciliations and fees for the Platform, as well as acting as SME for any strategic initiatives impacting TPC accounts. In this role you will act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of all levels, including Bankers, Investors, Management Companies, Custodians and all Operations teams supporting the TPC platform, to provide subject matter expertise platform capabilities and requirements for new client or product onboardings, owning the coordination and implementation of new TPC accounts and Custodian relationships, and help to resolve or escalate any issues.
Job responsibilities
- Prepares operational compatibility analysis and is ongoing point of contact for external custodian banks
- Coordinates new client implementation setups and existing client portfolio expansions
- Acts as escalation contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Leads and advises on tactical upgrades to the TPC platform’s operational flows
- Acts as product SME to the strategic growth initiative of the TPC offering
- Presents key business metrics to internal senior stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in a Middle Office/Trade Support/Client Service function with relevant experience with a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial Institution
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter
- Team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work in collaboration with and build strong rapport with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Shows strong ownership with ability to operate in flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are required in driving solutions, initiatives and projects
- Possesses strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines to meet stakeholder expectations
- Has a strong risk and controls focus, ability to analyse processes and ensure suitable level of controls are in place
- Data analysis skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
