As a Resiliency Framework - Senior Associate in the Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will play a key role in embedding resiliency across the firm’s frameworks and operating models. You will collaborate with diverse teams, support regulatory and legal entity requirements, and contribute to the development and implementation of the Firmwide Resiliency Framework. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and broad exposure to business operations and corporate functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the ‘Embed Resiliency’ Book of Work, assisting in integration activities and tracking progress across aligned frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of the Firmwide Resiliency Framework by gathering input, preparing materials, and facilitating collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assist in engaging FRO and Line of Business/Corporate Function partners, communicating framework changes and supporting resolution of identified challenges.
  • Lead or co-lead working groups or project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and progress toward objectives.
  • Track and report on project milestones, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Prepare and present status updates for the book of work, collaborating with FRO’s Programme Management Office.
  • Support special projects, taking ownership of assigned deliverables and contributing to team objectives.
  • Coordinate with FRO Lifecycle Enablement, Central Capability, and Reporting Teams to ensure alignment and support implementation of framework changes.
  • Assist in preparing clear, concise briefings for the Leadership Team.
  • Support document governance adherence, conducting impact assessments and assisting in control process development.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and support implementation using Firm’s AI tools.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication and transparency regarding book of work status, actions, and milestones.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within a large, complex financial institution or similarly regulated environment.
  • Proven track record in supporting or managing complex, interdependent initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional working groups and driving consensus among diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of corporate frameworks and their integration with other risk, control, or operational frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems, identify change drivers, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Experience with document governance, control processes, and impact assessments in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and solutions; ability to identify and implement AI-driven process improvements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); data analytics skills (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) are a positive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise briefings and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate and resolve key issues across business and functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working in international or cross-border environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in business, risk management, or resiliency-related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP, CRISC, or similar).
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity, supporting framework development.
  • Ability to drive projects and support wider team objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, complex program environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation, especially in managing governance and control requirements.
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure.
