Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Vice President - Technology Recruiter, where you'll play a pivotal role in attracting top Technologists and fostering a diverse, inclusive workforce. As a trusted partner to the Technology organization, you'll have the opportunity to enhance best practices through additional project opportunities.
As a Senior Technology Recruiter in the Technology Recruitment Team, you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. You'll leverage your strong understanding of the Tech market and commitment to inclusive hiring practices, using proactive sourcing techniques and proven in-house delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruiting process and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage multiple roles and collaborate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes and policies.
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels.
- Evaluate, interview, and present candidates, refining strategies based on feedback.
- Understand recruiting needs, participate in client meetings, and manage expectations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
- Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation.
- Provide market data to support client needs.
- Use applicant tracking systems and maintain data integrity.
- Mentor and coach team members both in local and regional teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of technical disciplines and ability to identify top talent.
- Client-focused, supportive, and advisory approach.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with a variety of recruiting platforms (sourcing, technical assessment, candidate management platforms).
- Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills.

- Experience with innovative sourcing techniques.
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and market conditions.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior recruiters.
