As a Business Assistant Analyst in the Office of The Security legal team, you provide essential support to senior leaders and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. You collaborate with colleagues at all levels, manage complex projects, and help us deliver on our strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to innovate processes, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture. Your work will help us stay ahead in a dynamic, multi-departmental environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate global scheduling and logistics
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Head of UK Office of The Security
  • Organize and facilitate ad-hoc HR Committee meetings and team support
  • Oversee annual invoicing for Companies House and track invoice progress
  • Lead planning and execution of quarterly Board meetings and yearly offsite events
  • Deliver VIP executive support for the Chair of the Board and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets and expenses
  • Prepare meeting materials, PowerPoint presentations, and support legal documentation
  • Maintain organizational charts, headcount forecasting, and strategic reporting
  • Develop and implement innovative processes for filing, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Champion executive training programs and mentor less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels
  • Expertise in global diary management with proficiency in Outlook
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Executive-level communication skills in person and through various modes
  • Experience arranging complex international travel itineraries
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to offer independent solutions
  • Advanced technical capabilities and awareness of firm technology
  • Professional demeanor and composure under pressure
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, with quick pivoting skills
  • Initiative-driven approach, ensuring tasks are completed on time

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting senior legal leaders in a global organization
  • Familiarity with legal technology applications and process innovation
  • Prior involvement in business resource groups or legal-focused initiatives
  • Experience mentoring or training team members
  • Knowledge of firmwide and legal policies and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills in managing confidential, time-sensitive correspondence
  • Ability to drive organizational culture and engagement
