In this role, you’ll help ensure JPMorgan Chase meets its obligations under evolving global tax regimes while supporting compliance excellence across EMEA. You’ll collaborate with diverse business lines, including our innovative and fast-growing digital banking and personal investing offerings.

As a member of the EMEA Corporate Tax Advisory team, you will focus on Automatic Exchange of Information regimes, advising on JPMorgan Chase’s obligations under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). You will also support other EMEA domestic tax reporting and withholding regimes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with all JPMorgan Chase lines of business, including our International Consumer unit and its rapidly growing digital banking and personal investing offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise on CRS and FATCA - Provide technical advice and guidance to business and operational teams on compliance with CRS and FATCA requirements, including client onboarding, due diligence, and reporting.
  • Monitor Regulatory Developments - Review and interpret new and evolving guidance, laws, and regulations related to Automatic Exchange of Information and other EMEA tax reporting and withholding regimes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Work with JPMorgan Chase businesses, operations, legal, and technology teams to help ensure tax reporting requirements are understood and implemented appropriately across products and platforms.
  • Support on Domestic Reporting Regimes- Assist with advice in connection with other EMEA domestic and international tax information reporting obligations, such as DAC6, MDR, and local tax withholding and reporting requirements.
  • Training and Awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders on CRS, FATCA, and other relevant tax reporting topics.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of CRS and FATCA regimes.
  • Familiarity with other EMEA domestic tax reporting and withholding regimes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.
  • Strong team player, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Professional tax qualification (e.g., Chartered Tax Advisor, Accountant, or equivalent).
  • Experience advising on tax issues related to banking, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to technology-driven tax reporting solutions.
