As an Analyst – Business Change Management in the Business Support Management team, you play a key role in facilitating business administration and change management for the Markets Front Office. You will work closely with sales and trading staff, acting as an intermediary to coordinate daily tasks and oversee project-related changes. You will help us maintain strong relationships and deliver effective support, ensuring our business runs smoothly. Together, we create a collaborative and inclusive environment where your contributions matter.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive onboarding, offboarding, and transfer support for colleagues
  • Analyse human resources data to identify new joiners, leavers, and transfers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine onboarding and offboarding requirements
  • Process application provisioning, shared drive access, physical site access, hardware provisioning, and market data services
  • Review and update system access profiles in partnership with managers
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to manage onboarding and transfer processes
  • Mediate technology requests between business lines and support teams
  • Oversee the implementation of human resources programs throughout the year
  • Partner with business managers, technology, and real estate teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Execute projects and centrally coordinate change management activities
  • Maintain oversight of audit and control processes, including door access and status changes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership of responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook mailbox functionalities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with business change management or business support functions
  • Familiarity with technology request platforms such as Service Now, MytechHub, Ariba, and Tririga
  • Understanding of real estate project coordination and space planning
  • Experience in managing audit and control processes
  • Ability to coordinate communication between business lines and support teams
  • Experience with hardware and consumable purchase order processes
  • Proven ability to oversee technology rollouts and application upgrades
