As a Project Manager in Operations, Outsourcing, and Technology (OOT) team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines, while engaging stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams across the organization. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions and ensure the successful execution of programs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and senior stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of JPMSE Governance and Strategy for OOT, ensuring effective and timely project delivery across the organization.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop, communicate, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and governance structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources for seamless project execution.
- Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track and analyse project performance, ensuring successful completion of both short- and long-term goals.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality project updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Extensive Financial Services Expertise: Knowledge of banking and financial products with experience supporting initiatives across global or cross-functional teams.
- Project Management & Change leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in financial services or a related industry, with significant senior stakeholder exposure. Expertise in project management, process re-engineering, and strategic transformation
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent; Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting to, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations for audiences at all seniority levels.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and take ownership of deliverables.
- High-Quality Delivery: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in project management within investment banking
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Markets, Securities Services, Payments, and Private Bank products.
- Experience in change management, process improvement, business analysis, and/or data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Xceptor, and UI Path.
