As a Business Management professional in the International Consumer Bank, you play a key role in supporting our business operations. You work closely with Engineering and Product leaders to address organizational needs, especially in launching new products and exploring market opportunities. You help manage data requests, budgets, and strategic business decisions, ensuring our team operates efficiently. Together, we drive business efficiency and provide valuable insights for decision-making and business reviews.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day data requests from the business
- Oversee headcount and vendor budgets
- Forecast costs and evaluate the impact of strategic business decisions
- Contribute to and track business efficiency initiatives, managing the target operating model to reflect the latest structure
- Provide management reporting and financial insights to support decision-making and business reviews
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Communicate effectively with senior executives within the organization
- Identify trends and evaluate the impacts and benefits of efficiency initiatives
- Apply exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- Work independently on ad-hoc requests with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate across finance and functional teams with multiple stakeholders
