You will partner widely, simplify complexity, and improve how compensation works at scale.
As a Compensation Associate in Global Compensation, you will support strategic priorities across multiple countries by delivering analysis, insights, and advisory to recruiters, business advisors, and managers. Your focus on EU Pay Transparency compliance, Gender Pay Gap disclosure requirements and calculations, and country‑specific pay policies. You will translate data into narratives that inform decisions, strengthen controls, and advance transparent, equitable compensation practices.
Job responsibilities
- Own global Gender Pay Gap calculations; build and refresh methodologies with local HR; coordinate disclosures and internal communications
- Support and contribute to solutions in order to comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other region‑specific compensation policies; advise on regulatory changes and control enhancements
- Lead and participate in country‑level and firm‑wide compensation projects; serve as escalation point for complex compensation topics
- Provide reporting and complex analyses to guide senior management decisions and influence compensation tooling and design
- Monitor project deliverables and accountabilities; maintain scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Simplify and improve programs, policies, and processes through strategy, design iteration, and implementation aligned to business goals and risk/control frameworks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong analytical and data/ information management skills with a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications. Advanced understanding of Excel
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Detail and results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities all within a fast paced team environment
- Self-initiator with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and think outside of the box
- Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey a story through analysis and metrics
- Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Compensation experience or quantitative experience in adjacent domains (reward, HR analytics, finance)
