Join HR EMEA Cross Regional Operations to own the HR Benefits book of work and deliver product and system implementations. You’ll lead cross‑regional projects, simplify processes, and align stakeholders across technology, vendors, and Risk & Control to drive operational excellence.

As a Senior Associate within the HR EMEA Cross Regional Operations team, you will deliver key product initiatives and lead projects that transform HR processes across the region. You will partner with stakeholders, manage complex projects, and take ownership of the implementation and ongoing management of the HR Benefits book of work to support the firm’s operational effectiveness and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the HR Benefits book of work, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and delivered in alignment with business objectives in timely manner.
  • Deliver product initiatives such as HR Benefits program implementations and new system implementation,
  • Manage project plans, document risks, issues, and dependencies, and track action items to successful completion.
  • Lead process reviews to identify and implement simplification and reengineering opportunities within HR Benefits and related processes.
  • Build and leverage partnerships across multiple EMEA/Global locations and teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment of HR Benefits initiative, including but not limited to partnership with technology teams, vendors and Risk and Control functions.
  • Escalate issues, own follow-ups, and provide regular senior management updates on benefits program status.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and influencing outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of multiple business demands, particularly those related to HR Benefits.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Previous experience in HR operations or project-based roles, with a focus on benefits implementation or program management.
  • Strong initiative and results orientation with ability to manage multiple global stakeholders with different priorities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently and working independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing outcomes in complex environments.
