As an Analytics Solution Associate in the Business Architecture Team, you will drive change at the intersection of Finance, Technology, HR, and other functions. You will leverage your understanding of data and finance to identify opportunities for efficiency and eliminate redundancies. You will connect disparate components to create a cohesive and efficient user experience, driving consistency and streamlining downstream consumption for end users across the finance community. You will work hands-on with stakeholders across the organization, spanning advisory capacities, technical development, and project delivery. Together, we innovate, deliver, and apply solutions to problems, driving sustainable change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage business and finance knowledge to create scalable solutions across multiple functions
  • Analyze complex problems, propose actionable solutions, and drive implementation independently
  • Contribute to strategic solutions for processes from data sourcing to downstream consumption
  • Promote transformation objectives and communicate solutions to users
  • Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders
  • Manage projects that span multiple teams
  • Design and build creative prototypes and production-ready solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Significant knowledge of financial planning and modeling, with experience analyzing finance and workforce data sets
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences, including product demos
  • Experience in a product environment with knowledge of project management principles, agile methodologies, and the software development life cycle
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with SQL or Python
  • Understanding of data models and working with large datasets
