We're seeking a Core Trade Product Senior Associate to join our Global team, managing product strategy, commercialisation, and maintenance. As a Core Trade Product Senior Associate in the Trade & Working Capital (TWC) division of Payments, you will be part of the EMEA Core Trade Product Management team. You will manage the product strategy, product commercialisation , and innovation for Global Core Trade, as well as provide support over the P/L. Your role will involve coordinating with key partners, leading regional / global initiatives, and maximizing our offering within Core Trade. Your leadership and ownership skills will be key in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work within the EMEA regional core trade product team and focus on additional markets to launch JPM’s offering. This will include among other things, running with planning, ideation and executing plan on financial objectives, origination, client delivery, governance, and risk & controls goals.
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Support execution of the EMEA regional strategy to transform Core Trade into a client-centric, growth-orientated product group and help establish our firm as one of the leading Core Trade service providers in the industry.
  • Support Global P&L management by tracking revenue, expenses, cost allocations, pricing performance, and capital/RWA usage, review trends, highlight anomalies and variances, and help prepare forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly performance.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Coordinate regional commercialization activities, support training and marketing materials to facilitate client adoption and cross‑sell.
  • Manage cadences, forums, and status reporting for cross‑regional initiatives, maintain project plans and action logs to ensure alignment and timely communications for the region.
  • Build and refresh dashboards on client demand, industry trends, and competitive positioning; translate insights into practical levers for pricing, product offerings, and channel priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of the Core Trade Products: Documentary LCs, SBLC/Guarantees, Trade Loans.
  • Experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and an ownership mindset: builds alignment, drives cross‑regional execution, and delivers measurable results.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Project management and strategic planning skills
