As a Trader Voice Product Director at JPMorganChase within the Enterprise Communications Platforms Product Line, you will be responsible for our world-class trader voice products, and drive the end-to-end success of trader voice products across our multiple global trading floors and groups. You will translate customer needs into prioritized product backlog items, monitor engagement and satisfaction, and manage stakeholder expectations. You’ll work with diverse teams in New York, New Jersey, London, Hong Kong, and Hyderabad, fostering innovation in a complex hybrid and digital environment. Your leadership will shape the vision, strategy, and delivery of impactful collaboration solutions. You’ll use AI/ML and build management data to improve the meeting experience by personalizing the environment and making the in-room participants more accessible to the remote audience which is especially important in our complex hybrid working and digital environment.

The Collaboration and Communication Product Line at JP Morgan Chase is responsible for engineering, developing, and supporting modern enterprise-wide solutions that allow our global workforce of over 300,000 employees to effectively collaborate and communicate internally and with our global client base. Job responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with customer goals
  • Conduct market research and track industry developments in productivity, collaboration, and AI/ML solutions
  • Identify market needs and interface with technology customers to define product scope and positioning
  • Manage product business metrics, including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
  • Create and maintain product definition, roadmap, and customer-facing SLOs/SLAs
  • Prioritize product backlog and maintain product vision
  • Oversee go-to-market and strategic marketing plans
  • Foster a safe environment for experimentation and fast learning cycles
  • Manage senior stakeholder community and customer advisory boards
  • Lead by example, advocating robust risk measures throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in technology product management and/or engineering roles within trading environments
  • Success in delivering collaboration solutions to enterprise clients
  • Ability to provide roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior management and customer interactions
  • Experience building cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
