As a Trading Services Vice President in Agency Securities Finance team, you will act as the main contact for Agency Securities Finance clients, handling day-to-day queries, ad hoc requests and regular tasks.

Agency Securities Finance is a key product within Trading Services providing securities lending and financing solutions to institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and central banks. This asset management technique enhances portfolio returns by temporarily transferring security ownership from asset owners to borrowers. JPMorgan ensures robust risk management and mitigation throughout the lending process, supporting clients with high levels of customization, detailed reporting, and performance analytics. Agency Securities Finance Operations Service Delivery delivers regional support for our clients. This new EMEA team will focus on building strong client relationships, maintaining a high level of client service, and collaborating across the Commercial & Investment Bank to drive client-centric solutions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Represent client interests within JPMorgan, ensuring alignment with their program parameters and reporting needs.
  • Monitor proactively and maintain service levels to Clients
  • Promote escalation of client service delivery issues to all relevant internal JPMorgan parties to ensure proper focus and timely resolution.
  • Participate in client performance reviews, training, due diligence, and internal meetings as required.
  • Maintain and update all client-level lending parameters and pertinent information.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Team for client onboarding, ensuring accurate updates to entitlements and portfolio parameters
  • Collaborate with auditors to provide required reports and documentation.
  • Manage client-driven change requests for product or reporting enhancements, promoting consistent support models
  • Lead client training sessions on reporting solutions to provide clients with the navigation skills to retrieve relevant data while promoting full self-service.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and management, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear messaging.
  • Effective Client Management skills, and ability to deliver challenging messages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Proven track record in a busy / dynamic operations environment with an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • A strong control focus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Global Financial Markets
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Experience in Securities Lending and/or Middle Office roles beneficial
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to digital tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik beneficial
