As a Business Assistant in the International Consumer Bank Corporate Sector EMEA, you will support senior leaders in a dynamic environment, managing complex schedules, travel, and team operations while safeguarding confidentiality and professionalism. You will partner with us to orchestrate priorities, streamline processes, and enhance how we work together. We will count on your sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to connect with stakeholders across the business. You will help us deliver for clients by keeping our leaders focused on what matters most.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Orchestrate off-sites, town halls, and skip-level sessions end-to-end, including logistics and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and produce accurate itineraries that optimize time and control costs.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expenses in line with policy, ensuring timely and complete documentation.
  • Partner with business management, control, technology, and support teams across lines of business.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders with professional, timely communication.
  • Maintain distribution lists, technology access, and administrative housekeeping for the team.
  • Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Anticipate shifting priorities and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with other assistants to provide coverage and continuity across the team.
  • Support presentation preparation, projects, and training initiatives as needs and performance align.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in an office-based environment with proven executive support skills.
  • Full proficiency in calendar management and prioritization with sound judgment under time pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a confident, executive presence.
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Proficiency with expense systems and adherence to firm policies with timely, accurate processing.
  • High level of technical proficiency with internal systems and productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, ownership, and follow-through with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across teams and levels.
  • Composed, professional approach with effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who is solution oriented and adaptable to change.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting controls, risk, or operations leaders.
  • Familiarity with the FinCloud organization or cloud-related program support.
  • Knowledge of investment banking culture and stakeholder landscape.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events or multi-location meetings.
  • Advanced skills in presentation preparation and content coordination.
  • Experience producing reports and management information from internal systems.
  • Ability to mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement of assistant practices.

  • Primary support for the Head of Controls and two Managing Directors within FinCloud in the International Consumer Bank, Corporate Sector, EMEA.
