Be a trusted partner to Program Managers, delivering exec reporting, project tooling governance, headcount/capacity insights, and high-impact presentations across Ops, Tech, and Business Management.
As an Operations Project Governance Analyst within JPMorganChase you will act as trusted advisors to Program Managers. You will be part of the International Private Bank Operations Projects Team, working in conjunction with our internal partners including our broader Operations team, Technology and Business Management.
Job responsibilities
Coordinates and prepares a variety of reporting and presentations for senior management
Supports the project management Best Practices, the project toolkit, the team learning sessions, and any working sessions for the project team

Helps in the maintenance, enhancements, testing of the project management tool, updating the procedure, ensuring data quality in the tool
Provides a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
Organizes information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
Coordinates team activities, (organization charts, distribution lists), and prepares materials for town halls, meetings
Helps in the maintenance of the capacity management tool for the project team
Supports New Joiners joining our team, providing trainings of our tools
Supports the Ops projects BM in recruitment process, and headcount management
Collects and maintains internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint, Confluence etc.
Has an exceptional capacity to exercise good judgment under pressure
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
Solid capacity to work with stakeholders in multiple locations towards strategic objectives
Proactive mind-set, self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. And manage unforeseen, ad-hoc projects
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Team player, shows commitment and dedication, can maintain a positive attitude and deliver results in a demanding environment; and as individual contributor as well
Comfortable working with large sets of data and numbers
Strong Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Understanding of Project Methodologies
Knowledge of MS Access, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com
