Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager in the Technology Project Management team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects that support business goals. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions and manage resources, budgets, and teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will help you navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. You will foster productive relationships and influence decision-making, contributing to operational plans and risk management strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in technology risk management, information security, and familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements
- Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application resiliency, and security
- Practical cloud native experience and advanced knowledge of cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile, or other technical disciplines
- Expertise in technical project management, leading complex technology projects in a large organization
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships and influence decision-making across teams and clients
- Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable access to shared applications and services
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks

- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migration projects
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services
