The Recruitment Delivery Lead role sits within the Firmwide Operations Recruiting organisation and is responsible for the delivery of end‑to‑end recruitment for International Consumer Bank (ICB) Customer Operations hiring across EMEA, reporting to the Firmwide Operations Recruitment EMEA Regional Lead.

As a Recruitment Delivery Lead, Customer Operations in the Firmwide Operations Recruiting team, you will lead recruitment delivery teams aligned to ICB Operations, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies, strong stakeholder partnership, and a consistently high standard of candidate and hiring manager experience.

The role requires an experienced recruitment leader with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed environment, combining hands‑on delivery leadership with strong people management and operational discipline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment activity for Chase & J.P. Morgan Private Investments (JPMPI) Operations roles across EMEA, including high‑volume, specialist, and leadership hiring.
  • Execute recruitment strategies in line with the Firmwide Operations segmented recruiting model, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency of delivery.
  • Ensure excellence in candidate and hiring manager experience, proactively identifying and addressing delivery risks and service issues.
  • Drive effective direct sourcing strategies, partnering with sourcing and attraction teams to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and/or recruitment managers, providing day‑to‑day guidance, performance management, and development support.
  • Build and maintain a high‑performing recruitment team, aligned to firm values and inclusive hiring principles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners; provide consultative support on complex hiring needs, market insights, and delivery solutions.
  • Ensure recruitment delivery operates in line with firmwide risk, control, and compliance requirements, including adherence to local employment regulations across EMEA.
  • Use recruiting metrics and insights to manage capacity, demand, and performance, driving continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of recruitment process automation and technology, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in regional and firmwide recruitment projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Significant experience leading in‑house recruitment teams across multiple locations within a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven experience delivering high‑volume and specialist recruitment in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business lines.
  • Strong recruitment subject‑matter expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, judgement, and operational discipline.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience recruiting across multiple international jurisdictions, with awareness of regional employment regulations.
  • Experience operating within a segmented or enterprise recruiting model.
  • Exposure to recruitment transformation, automation, or large‑scale hiring programmes.
