As a Product Solution Delivery Vice President within Trade and Working Capital (TWC), you will be responsible for the successful deal execution and implementation of the Trade & Working Capital products: Export & Agency Finance, Structured Working Capital and Core Trade. You will drive business process development, change management, and technology transformation initiatives, engaging clients and stakeholders and providing expertise on product structures.

This role is pivotal in the transformational journey of TWC Business, reporting to the EMEA Regional Lead.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Origination and Sales to execute and implement products, and with Product teams to ensure proper facility booking and monitoring.
  • Engage clients and stakeholders across all aspects of loan facility management.
  • Focus on transactional controls and risk mitigation for credit-related Trade products.
  • Manage programs to optimize the business model, align initiatives with priorities, secure sponsorship, and leverage data-driven insights for strategic execution.
  • Embed measurable standards and metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance communication and visibility through executive materials and clear documentation, and produce metrics for internal and external reporting.
  • Deliver analytics that connect financials, sustainable business delivery, and performance to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop client-centric solutions for products and initiatives, including Receivables and Payables Finance, Export & Agency Finance, and Inventory Finance.
  • Strengthen the team’s brand and credibility through collaborative communication and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with transactional controls to minimize operational risk, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, including Risk Management, Credit, Middle Office, Sales, Product, and Operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong understanding of Trade products and structured transactions; ability to read and interpret loan agreements.
  • Experience working in global, cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to embed measurable standards and metrics for team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong team player with effective time management, planning skills, and flexibility to operate across multiple functions and independently.
  • Relevant product and industry experience, including corporate finance, credit, regulatory, and legal risk.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, Excel (macros, pivots, graphs), and PowerPoint.
