As a Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Bank Recruitment Finance and Business Management team, you will act as a central partner to Recruitment, Human Resources, and Finance & Business Management leaders. You will simplify, standardize, and enhance how recruitment data and reporting are produced and consumed, enabling better decisions and outcomes for the business. You will operate with a high degree of independence, connecting stakeholders, clarifying roles, and creating sustainable solutions that drive value across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for Global Banking / Corporate & Investment Bank recruitment reporting, covering all hiring cohorts.
- Design, own, and continuously improve executive-level recruitment reports, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders, in partnership with Human Resources Data Analytics Advisors.
- Partner with Recruitment leads to anticipate reporting needs, reduce reactive requests, and deliver value-added insights.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives to enhance the recruitment reporting ecosystem, including tools, data sources, ownership models, governance, and operating cadence.
- Independently scope, run, and deliver multi-stakeholder projects to address structural issues in data, reporting, and workflows.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models to minimize duplication and inefficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or standardize recurring reporting and analysis.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior Recruitment, Human Resources, and Finance & Business Management leaders.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management, including the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or ambiguous recruitment reporting queries.
- Support leadership forums through the preparation of materials, insights, and narratives related to recruitment performance and outlook.
- Contribute to broader Human Resources Talent Finance & Business Management initiatives, including headcount, productivity, and strategic workforce discussions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Significant experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, Business Management, Chief Operating Officer, or Finance roles within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong program or project management capability, with a proven ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders; able to challenge effectively, influence outcomes, and manage competing priorities.
- Highly self-directed, with the independence to run initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and driving change without formal authority.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Experience working in a global financial services environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment data analytics tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Experience supporting senior leadership forums and governance routines.
