As a Product Director, Solutions Engineering in the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data and Analytics Office at JPMorganChase, you will lead a small group of engineers to help clients adopt Fusion end to end. You will work directly with Line of Business technologists to understand their commercial goals and co-design solutions using Fusion components. You will develop, document, and roadshow common solutions (“paved paths”) to accelerate Fusion adoption. This role combines hands-on technical work with people management, offering the chance to shape both team culture and platform strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Solutions Engineers
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their commercial AI goals
  • Co-design solutions with client technologists using Fusion platform components
  • Develop, document, and present common solutions to accelerate Fusion adoption
  • Work side by side with Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver AI solutions to production
  • Architect solutions with a focus on scale, reliability, and controls
  • Oversee the work of experienced AI engineers
  • Foster strong collaboration across Fusion product, engineering, and client teams
  • Champion best practices for AI delivery and platform adoption

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience applying cloud-based AI technologies at scale in Finance
  • Proven experience working directly with Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver AI solutions to production
  • Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for scale, reliability, and controls
  • Experience overseeing the work of other experienced AI engineers
  • Excellent collaboration skills across product, engineering, and client teams
  • Hands-on AI experience
  • Significant years of engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise AI platforms
  • Ability to drive platform adoption through technical enablement and advocacy
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and controls in financial services
  • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
  • Track record of delivering innovative AI solutions at scale
