As a Proposal Writer in the Global Payments Proposal & Solutions Group, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities across Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Merchant Services. You will manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality, customized responses that showcase our solutions. Working closely with sales managers and subject matter experts, you will help deliver compelling proposals that drive business growth. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, where your attention to detail and communication skills make a real impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and control the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create and deliver customized sales proposals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of proposed solutions to tailor responses for each project.
  • Populate proposal drafts using the global repository, ensuring responsiveness to client requirements and questions.
  • Prepare and maintain the proposal project matrix, outlining deliverables and milestones, and coordinate timely input from relevant experts.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to track action items and target dates for the deal team.
  • Ensure submitted proposals are high quality, accurately reflect J.P. Morgan solutions, and adhere to brand and style guidelines.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and the knowledge manager to update the global repository as responses evolve.
  • Participate in and lead internal initiatives to promote best practices and process improvement.
  • Attend meetings and training to enhance your knowledge of cash management, trade, and merchant services products.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
