Join Client Account Services (CAS) Change and Strategy, a global team that underpins the Commercial & Investment Bank by ensuring high-quality account and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI) reference data. We partner across Securities Services to modernize how reference data is managed—improving accuracy, control, scalability, and client outcomes.

As a Product Owner within CAS Change and Strategy team, you will translate business outcomes into epics, features, and user stories, support backlog prioritization, and coordinate delivery with Tech squads. You’ll also support process analysis, testing/release readiness, and KPI tracking to ensure delivered changes drive real operational impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day delivery support for change initiatives, from intake and requirements through UAT, release readiness, production deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to align solution design to the target-state reference data strategy and ensure deliverables are implementable and high quality.
  • Drive Agile execution rigor: write/refine user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain/prioritize the backlog with the PO Lead, and actively participate in ceremonies.
  • Manage stakeholders and delivery governance: provide clear status updates, escalate decisions/risks, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Ensure controls and data quality standards are met, with appropriate documentation/evidence and operational readiness activities (training, sign-offs, release notes).

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in product ownership/BA/change delivery/ops transformation/tech delivery in a regulated environment.
  • Agile delivery capability: Strong working knowledge of user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies
