Join a global team that works directly with Payments senior management to lead and drive key aspects of JPM Payments' transformation and market expansion agenda. As a Senior Associate/ Vice President, you will partner with the EMEA Head of JPM Payments and the Global Head of Payments Transformation & Business Growth to shape and deliver business ambitions across geographies, products, and functions. You will take full ownership of high-impact transformation and growth initiatives, driving them through to successful execution and into new markets.
Job Summary
As a Senior Associate/ Vice President in the Payments Transformation & Business Growth EMEA team, you will partner with the EMEA Head of JPM Payments and the Global Head of Payments Transformation & Execution to advance business ambitions across geographies, products, and functions. The team focuses on business transformation and growth, market and geographic expansion, disciplined execution, operating model and governance transformation, driving high-impact initiatives, and M&A integration to deliver value and enhance competitive positioning.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and own the design and execution of integrated business growth, transformation, and expansion initiatives across EMEA, aligned with global priorities
- Identify and pursue geographic
and client segment opportunities, translating them into actionable expansion plans with clear execution roadmaps - Coordinate and direct the design and implementation of operating models and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, controls, and compliance
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, delivering insights that inform decision-making and competitive positioning
- Contribute to the execution of high-impact transformation and expansion initiatives end-to-end, including go-to-market delivery
- Partner with and influence cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Sales) to ensure cohesive, on-time execution of business objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in transformation or consulting within banking or financial services, with a strong track record of leading delivery and execution at scale
- Demonstrated experience driving market expansion, market entry, or business growth across geographies or product lines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to direct market analysis and resolve complex business challenges
- Deep familiarity with transaction banking, including its drivers, risks, regulatory and competitive environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs and operating model design within complex organizations, with full accountability for outcomes
- Track record of scaling businesses into new markets, geographies, or client segments
- Ability to build relationships, establish trust, and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix-driven organization
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
