Job Summary:
As a Vice President or an Executive Director in Quantitative Trading & Research, you will join a dynamic team supporting the Equity Derivatives business. You will deliver innovative modelling solutions, blending quantitative finance with machine learning to develop best-in-class models for the trading desk. You will work closely with colleagues across Trading, Structuring, and Sales, helping to drive product innovation and optimise portfolio outcomes. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, and Sales to support product innovation and analyse complex payoffs
  • Implement advanced pricing and risk models for exotic equity derivatives
  • Generate innovative modelling approaches and develop pricing prototypes to validate new ideas
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of core models
  • Provide valuation and risk management expertise across products and regions
  • Develop systematic, quantitative solutions for portfolio management
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong educational background and relevant quantitative finance experience
  • Deep understanding of option theory, equity derivatives products and models
  • Strong foundation in stochastic calculus, probability, and numerical methods
  • Proficiency in Python and C++, including experience with numerical and scientific libraries
  • Experience in a derivatives quant role
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a front-office equity derivatives quant role
