As a Senior Product Associate in Kinexys Liink, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with different stakeholders across Kinexys to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Supports the collection of market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, control, and reliability standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition to go-live
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience building API-first products, network platforms, or B2B data products.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with payment validation, payment routing, sanctions screening, compliance, or payment operations solutions.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT standards, and emerging payment interoperability models.
