As a Vice President within the EMEA Global Corporate Banking Business Operations team, You'll lead strategic initiatives that support and enhance our EMEA Global Corporate Banking franchise. This is an opportunity to influence business outcomes, collaborate with senior stakeholders across global teams, and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex, fast-paced projects, applying creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Drive initiatives impacting EMEA GCB, including operating model design, training development, process reviews, and risk management.
  • Identify proactively, escalate, and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely implementation of solutions.
  • Foster strong connectivity and collaboration across GCB Business Operations, EMEA GCB Business sub-lines of business, functional partners, and centralized governance teams.
  • Deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Engage in front office Audits, Compliance tests, and Regulatory driven initiatives impacting EMEA GCB.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • High motivation and adaptability; acute attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical skills to assess quantitative and qualitative data, identify operational risks, and draw actionable conclusions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in Banking, Risk Management or Consulting.
  • Experience leading key, complex initiatives in global environment working with multiple functional partners.
