The Role

We are looking for someone to support our EMEA Animated Series Production team, who are responsible for developing and producing original animated content. A successful candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times. We are a fast-paced team, so we need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work, but can identify opportunities to make the team more organised and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Production team, organising and centralising production information.

  • Providing support and coordination for projects and initiatives such as the creation of presentations & organisational charts, and updating trackers with key business data and information to support projects.

  • Scheduling informational meetings and preparing necessary materials before and after each meeting.

  • Maintaining calendars for multiple people, including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Organising and managing various internal events/off-sites.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, along with administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports.

  • Working collaboratively with admins within the larger production management team and across different internal teams.

  • Identifying and recommending opportunities to increase efficiency.

  • Acting as an internal liaison between team members and our cross-functional teams.

  • Any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Production Coordinator

  • Previous working experience at a film/ TV animation or VFX studio is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Fluent in English, French would be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to learn how to use Netflix's proprietary software

  • Team player who operates in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information

  • Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
