Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and customer-obsessed Outbound Product Manager to drive the success of Autonomous Implementation within ServiceNow Impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers realize value faster through intelligent, automated onboarding and implementation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to define and execute GTM strategies for Autonomous Implementation capabilities.
- Enablement & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Launch Readiness: Drive product launch planning and execution, ensuring readiness across sales, partners, and customer success teams.
- Adoption & Value Realization: Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, usage, and customer outcomes. Partner with analytics and field teams to identify opportunities to improve time-to-value.
- Customer Advocacy & Insights: Represent the voice of the customer across personas (e.g., Admins, Implementers, Impact Champions), gathering insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a connective tissue between product, engineering, and field teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
What You Bring:
- 4-8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or customer success in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, implementation, and value realization journeys.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven automation or workflow technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Passion for solving customer problems and driving measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
- 4-8 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with a focus on service and/or customer success products.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing global customer and product programs.
- Deep understanding of structured customer engagement and product lifecycle processes.
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge is essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a knack for resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
- Passion for enabling product teams and customers to succeed and for building measurable success metrics and business cases.
